It's not too common to find these Mui Choy Bao. These preserved mustard greens aka "Mui Choy" fillings has the right balance of saltiness and sweetness. The black sesame seeds on the exterior brings lil fragrance to the Bao :)

One of the best seller, this bao has a hidden treasure inside ! Served in an aluminium foil, you find rich and thick chicken curry and potatoes. Dip the soft pillowy bao skin in the rich sauce and the result is just deliciously remarkable !!
