Talking about the best steak, Angus House Japanese Charcoal Steak is the best steak house at KL. It was shortlisted in the Best Steak House category of the Time Out KL Food Awards 2010.

Deep Fried Chicken - served with mayonnaise fruit salad, sweet pepper, lettuce, and mint sauce. A great appetizer! I love the it so much! The deep fried chicken is crispy and tastes good!

Tenderloin Steak - The steaks is served with sizzling hotplates, so that the meat will remain hot before you finish it. When it comes, I can smell the creamy fragrance. The muscle of tenderloin part does very little work, so it is the tenderest part of the beef. Prepared medium by the chef's recommendation, it is tender and juicy.

Rib Eye Steak - It is one of the more flavorful cuts of beef, because it comes from the upper rib cage area, which does not support much of the cow's weight, nor does it have to work hard or exercise. Prepared medium well, most girls like this steak. Its marbling of fat makes this very good for slow roasting and tastes nice.

Sirloin Steak - The sirloin steak is a steak cut from the back of the cow. Full of delicate meat with marble-like oil layer. Prepare medium, the meat is tender without difficult chewing strip.

Samplings on the Fourteenth is a fine dining restaurant which set up by Berjaya University College of Hospitality. It has training courses for the students during day time while become a high-class restaurant at night.

Pan Seared Cod
This dish serves with potato and leek mash, wild mushrooms, cured cherry tomato and olive tart with saffron nage. Thumbs up for it! The dish is not only attracting my appetite, but also tastes great! The cod is so tender that just like melt in my mouth when I eat it. It is very fresh without any fishy odor. If you are a seafood lover, you can't miss it. Highly recommend!

Slow Roasted Lamb Shank with Rosemary Jus served with paresan polenta and grilled baby vegetables.

Chestnut Mille Feuille served with orange flavored Christmas pudding and cinnamon ice cream. The last dish is sweet dessert to sweet your heart :D I like the chestnut mille feuille, because it tastes soft with dense chestnut custard. Add some strawberries with chestnut mille feuille is a good combination. You can feel sweet and sour taste at the same time which make the dessert refreshing without greasy feeling.

Samplings on the Fourteenth is located on the 14 floors of Berjaya Times Square Hotel, features full-height glass walls that offer a perfect view of the KL skyline.

Christmas Roast Turkey served with bacon wrapped sage and onion stuffing, roasted potatoes, buttered brussels sprouts and carrots with cranberry and apple sauce. The turkey is juicy and succulent. A nice main course to be the Christmas dinner.

Cream of Pumpkin Soup
A rich soup of fresh pumpkin with a dollop of sour cream. What a wonderful soup! I love it so much. The pumpkin soup is dense and filled with pumpkin fragrance. I can feel the natural sweetness from the pumpkin. At the center of the plate, there is the mashed pumpkin. You must try it, it is fantastic yummy!

Today is a special day for me, because it is my birthday! I have a happy dining experience at Pampas Reserve. Why do we choose Pampas Reserve? Because I like to eat beef steak, Pampas Reserve is famous for their beef steak. It is also the best steak that I have tried so far! It is really yummy~~

Pampas Reserve is a high-class Argentinian Steakhouse at Suasana Bukit Ceylon. The atmosphere is very good. I feel easy and comfortable when I dine in. Their waitresses are polite and kindly.

US Scallops
The scallop is fresh and tender, full of garlic fragrance. The green honeymustard sauce is sweet and fantastic. It's so tasty to dip some honeymustard on the scallop.

Grilled Beef Tenderloin
The steak is tender without fat meat, full of mild charcoal flavor. I love their steak! It tastes great for the beef, especially dip with the garlic aioli sauce, so nice! I need to say, their mashed potatoes is awesome tasty!

Grilled Bone in Beef Rib Eye
It smells good for the beef. When I bite it, I can feel the strong charcoal fragrance from the surface. The texture is tender and juicy. It is awesome fantastic! I highly recommend this dish - must try it!

Bijan is a modern restaurant that specializes in fine Malay cuisine. Bijan restaurant won Best Malay Restaurant in 2004. Many foreigners will visit Bijan to enjoy their local Malay cuisine. It is located at Jalan Ceylon, Bukit Bintang.

They have many signature dishes, such as : Ayam masak kuzi, Rusuk panggang, Masak lemak udang tempoya, Kerabu mangga, Pucuk paku grg thai minya, Chocolate Durian Cake etc.. Most of them are very tasty. I like the "Ayam masak kuziThe" so much! The chicken is tender with the perfect sauce, really yummy! Highly recommend!

Masak lemak udang tempoya is also nice. The prawn is fresh and full of durian sauce, it tastes great! Talking about the dessert, you can't miss the Chocolate Durian Cake. The cake is awesome good! The durian flavor is heavy!

The environment is romantic. It's suitable for couples. I can't wait to visit Bijan again.
