I've never liked Chinese cuisine in particular, generally because the Chinese cuisine in Malaysia is either chained restaurant or you need a table of people so you could order a table of food. But I like to dine in Luk Yu Tea House @ Starhill Gallery, although it's slightly pricey.

Appetizer of the day (RM 6) is alright, nothing special. It's just cold salty cucumber piece. Deep Fried Prawn served with Pomelo (RM 38) is very aromatic and the shell-less fried prawn is fresh. The pomelo sauce is sourly sweet and the onion on top of the prawn is a good match to the prawn.

Fried Rice with Barbequed chicken and shrimp in Yang zhou preparation(RM 26) is recommended. It's cooked with prawn and Char Siew which made the dish flavoury but not overly salty.

Salted Egg Yolk Fish Fillet (RM 38) is still nice, but not good enough if you compared with the Deep Fried Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk. Prawn still the better match with salted egg yolk.

Ginseng Sea Coconut with Red Dates served Chilled or Warm (RM 5.80) give you the relaxing chill and good end to the meal. The price of the dessert is quite reasonable if you are comparing with the main dish.

Subway has been always my first choice when I need to grab a quick meal before my class. Subway is quick, freshly made, and you can choose the bread, vegetable, toppings and sauces based on your liking.

The Subway in Farenheit88 is mostly not crowded, even on dinner. You will always notice some student eating their subway and doing homework at the same time (including me), Mainly because there is a language school in the same building.

I'm particularly love to choose sub of the day without getting drink and cookie. Drink is not bottomless, so every refill will cost you RM 1 more. For sub of the day, I'm particularly in love with the Italian BMT and Smoked Turkey. They are very generous in the ingredient, so the portion is just nice for a meal.

Gaston House Cafe is a nice place to hangout with family members and friends. Located around the college student area at Prima Setapak.

There are two different of seat in Gaston House Cafe. First area is the normal seating table that more suitable for dining. While the second area is the short table, which you would sit on the cushion on the floor. You can enjoy the free wifi in the cafe, and the temperature is just nice as well.

The interior design of the cafe is based on natural tone colour like green and brown. The floor is very clean, as the customer would need to take off the shoes while entering the restaurant. There are some board games, congkak, magazine and foosball table that you could play little game with your friend.

Food wise, Gaston House Cafe offered set lunch that the entree come with soup and green tea, which costs RM 8.50. Honey Sauce Pork Chop Rice has the thick sweet honey sauce, the pork chop is fried until golden crispy. It also come with small side salad, which balance up the diet.

Mantou Pork (RM 5.90) is highly recommended. The juicy pork filling in the white sweet bun provide you nice flavor and texture on every bite. Mix Nuggets Set (RM7.90)is poorly fried, most likely because the ingredient are not fresh, so it tasted slightly weird.

Overall, I like this place.

Sumo Onigiri is a small cozy shop, each table can mostly accommodates 4 person. Chinese love ballads are played in the background.

Inari Cheese Fusion Onigiri has the sweet spiciness, and little bit salty. Besides the rice and cheese, you could also feel the rice ball with crab roe inside. The Onigiri is seared and you can taste a little bit of roasted taste. The dish comes with cold mashed potatoes. It tastes alright, but I would prefer a warm mashed potatoes instead.

The Chawan Mushi is quite plain without any toppings or fillings. However, the texture is smooth and the taste is quite alright.
