"Scrummy is located at Block G, Rivercity,
Jalan Ipoh . very easy to find this place, but need to charge parking as this place is consider near to the residence area and inside the river city area.

the food here served like western and asian cuisine. mostly are malay staff and they are very friendly and can speak and understand english

service is fast and good.

Cosy environment and clean.comfortable seats are available.The food is good and worth the money.Tthe garlic bread + ceaser salad / german potato salad+mushroom soup.The ice lemon tea is also free flow. very nice and tasty appetizer

Banana Fritter with ice cream.Something special to try on. the icecream is nice and sweet with choice of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry flavour"
